The 500 Club Fitness name comes from the commitment to create targeted workouts that aim to burn 500 Calories in an hour or less.
Our classes will be inclusive to all fitness levels. Each exercise will have modifications to lower impact/ intensity to bridge feasibility across all fitness levels.
This is a community based class, and we're always here to help with tips and tricks for mobility and stretches to help better yourself for next time. Remember it's an all levels fitness class, so anyone can join just bring a mat & we recommend bringing water to hydrate during breaks.
